Joias has 5 large bedrooms. All have air conditioning and ceiling or wall fans. On the upper floor, there are 3 ocean facing bedrooms and 1 garden facing bedroom. On the lower floor, there is a very large bedroom with a private terrace opening onto the pool deck.

On the upper floor, the master suite has a 6 ft double bed, balcony overlooking the sea and large private ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and twin wash basins. There are two ocean facing rooms each with twin beds and sharing a bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin. Also on the upper floor is a garden facing bedroom with 6ft double bed and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and twin wash basins.

On the lower floor, the second master suite has a 6ft double bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet and twin wash basins. This room has double doors opening onto a private terrace by the pool deck.
