Rental Rates and Reservations

Until  15 December 2013   -   US$ 5,600  ( or £3,500 ) per week.

From 16 December 2013 to 26 April 2014   -  U$ 8,050  ( or £5,110 )  per week

From 27 April 2014  to  mid December 2014  -  U$ 5,950 ( or £ 3,780 ) per week

Note:  These rental rates are for maximum 5 bedroom occupancy.  Deduct 10% if only 4 bedrooms are required and 20% if only 3 are needed.

The rental is fully inclusive of all services, bedlinen and  towels (including beach towels), and maid service 3 days per week to clean, change beds and do your laundry. (Further days may be available by negotiation). Our local agents are also on hand to assist with any other requirements you may have.

We can accept payment either in US dollars or £ sterling and are happy to be flexible on dates and duration, subject to availability.
